How do I place an order?
Cakes and cupcakes found in our shop can be placed online at least one week in advance. Please select your pick up date as you checkout. If your date is not listed it means there is no availability that day. Send us an email to see if we can accommodate last minute orders.

If you are looking for a custom design, send us an email with the following info and we will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours:
- date of your event
- number of servings required
- details or inspiration photos of the design you'd like
Where are you located?
We are located in central Mississauga, the closest major intersection is Mavis Rd and Central Parkway. Exact pick up location will be provided once an order is placed and confirmed with a deposit.
Do you deliver?
Deliveries in Mississauga can be accommodated if they are scheduled in advance, however availability is limited. Please inquire via email before placing an order. Final payment of orders is required before deliveries are sent out on the event date.
How much is a cake?
Each cake price will be different as prices are based on the complexity and detail of a design. Please email us with further information and inspiration photos of what you were looking for to get a quote. General pricing can be found from cake designs on our online shop.
How many servings is each cake size?
Following details are for average 1-2" thick serving slices. Each size can serve more or less depending on each person's preference and how the cake is cut.

"Short" cakes are 2 cake layers with 1 layer of buttercream/filling and is approx 2-3" height.
- 4" short (serves 3-4)
- 6" short (serves 6-8)
- 8" short (serves 12-14)

Standard cakes are 3 cake layers with 2 layers of buttercream/filling and is approx 4-5" in height.
- 4" (serves 6-8)
- 6" (serves 10-12)
- 8" (serves 18-20)
-10" (serves 35-40)
"Tall" sizes are 4 cake layers with 3 layers of buttercream/filling and is approx 6-7" in height
- 6" tall (serves 15-18)
- 8" tall (serves 25-28)
- 10" tall (serves 45-50)

Can you make this exact cake?
Reference photos are a great starting point for us to see what you are looking for. However we cannot replicate other cakes exactly to what is in a photo. Even our own design will vary slightly as each one is handmade and will never be identical.
How much notice is required?
All orders require a minimum of one week notice. Your order is only confirmed once a deposit has been received. If you are looking for a last minute cake, please email us at aristocakes.bakery@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
All orders require a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit. If you need to cancel your order, it must be done at least one week in advance and can be carried over to a new date within 3 months of your original booking date (subject to availability).

Order placed through our online shop will require full payment, however only 50% of your total can be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do not cater to dietary restrictions at this time. All our cakes contain eggs, dairy and wheat. Some flavours also contain peanuts/treenuts and alcohol.
Do you have a phone number I can call?
No we do not currently have a business phone number. We also do not accept calls through instagram or facebook messenger. All inquiries and consultations are done over email or by text through one of our social media platforms. This allows us to keep track of order information and ensure we are on the same page as the customer when discussing order details.
How do I transport my cake?
When collecting your cake, make sure to hold the boxes from the bottom not at the sides. Ensure your car is cooled down when picking up your cake. Buttercream will soften and can melt if kept in high temperatures. Keep AC running in the car especially during the summer months and warmer weather.

It is best to keep products flat in the car. Ensure there is space in your car and free from items that can roll onto or hit the cake when driving. On the floor on the passengers side is recommend for smaller cakes or in a flat trunk for larger cakes. Do NOT place cakes on the seats.

We do our best to ensure cakes are stable and packaged securely for easy transportation, however they are still fragile desserts. Please drive carefully and slowly. We are not responsible for any damages to the cake once it has left our facility, or after it has been delivered by us.
How do I store and serve my cake?
Cakes and cupcakes will be kept cold in a fridge until pick up. If you are picking up a day or two before your event, keep desserts in fridge overnight.

Remove your cake and cupcakes from the fridge 2-3 hours before serving depending on the season. Our buttercream is temperature sensitive and consistency will change at different temperatures. Desserts are best served at room temperature (20-24 degrees Celcius).

Once cut, wrap in cling wrap and store in fridge. We recommend consuming cake within 3-4 days.
