Terms & Conditions

1. We do not cater to dietary restrictions at this time. All our cakes contain eggs, dairy, wheat and other allergens. Some flavours also contain peanuts/treenuts and alcohol. Although some ingredients such as nuts can be removed from a cake, we cannot guarantee there are no traces. It is your responsibility to check allergen info before placing an order and informing guests of allergen info before serving. 

2. All orders require a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit. You acknowledge that your order is not confirmed and will not be ready on pick up day without the 50% deposit. If you need to cancel your order, it must be done at least one week in advance and can be carried over to a new date within 3 months of your original booking date (subject to availability). Orders placed through our online shop will require full payment, however only 50% of your total can be refunded in the event of a cancellation/postponment. 

3. Final payment is due BEFORE pick up on collection day. You will not be able to collect your desserts until full payment has been received on our end. If you have arranged for a delivery, final payment is required BEFORE we leave for scheduled delivery time. We will not leave our facility with your order and can be delayed until we receive full payment on our end. 

4. In the event of cancellation on our end due to unforeseen circumstances or illness where we cannot fulfill the order, we will send a full refund within 7 days of notifying customer.

5. We do our best to ensure cakes are stable and packaged securely for easy transportation, however they are still fragile desserts. We are not responsible for damage of desserts once it has left our facility, or after it has been delivered by us. It is your responsibility to read the transportation instructions below and ask further questions if needed when collecting cake.

* When collecting your cake, make sure to hold the boxes from the bottom not at the sides. Ensure your car is cooled down when picking up your cake. Buttercream will soften and can melt if kept in high temperatures. Keep AC running in the car especially during the summer months and warmer weather. ​It is best to keep products flat in the car, do NOT place cakes on the seats. Ensure there is space in your car and free from items that can roll onto or hit the cake when driving. On the floor on the passengers side is recommend for smaller cakes or in a flat trunk for larger cakes. ​Please drive carefully and slowly. 

6. Your are responsible for reading serving and storage instructions below for optimal cake quality. You acknowledge that cakes will lose their quality in taste and texture if not served and stored properly or eaten after recommended time frame listed below.
 
*Cakes and cupcakes will be kept cold in a fridge until pick up. If you are picking up a day or two before your event, keep desserts in fridge overnight.​ Remove your cake and cupcakes from the fridge 2-3 hours before serving depending on the season. Our buttercream is temperature sensitive and consistency will change at different temperatures. Desserts are best served at room temperature (20-24 degrees Celcius).​ Once cut, wrap in cling wrap and store in fridge. We recommend consuming cake within 3-4 days. 

7. You acknowledge that there may be elements on your cake that are not edible including acrylic cake toppers, styrofoam balls, thin wires in standing edible image cake toppers, toothpicks, fresh flowers (which may contain contaminants) and more. It is your responsibility to ask if you are unsure which parts are edible.

 
8. If you are not satisfied with your product, you must let us know within 24 hours of picking up your order. Refunds and store credits will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will not offer refunds in cases where an order was made and decorated correctly but did not meet personal preferences in terms of taste and texture.
